  1. Can the seedbox be used for any other purposes like direct downloading from DDL sites such as Mega/Rapidshare/others?
  2. No, the seedbox can only be used to download torrents. Nothing else.

  3. Are the seedboxes compatible with private trackers?
  4. Yes, you can use the seedbox to seed on BakaBT, U2, etc.

  5. What am I allowed to download?
  6. You can download anything you want (on both the shared and dedicated plans), as long as it's not against the terms of service.

  7. What am I allowed to seed?
  8. On all dedicated plans, there are no restrictions on what you can seed, as long as it's not against the terms of service. On shared plans, you should only seed to reasonable ratios, in particular high risk content (e.g. movies, TV shows etc). This doesn't apply to anime related content (seed as much as you want!) There are no restrictions for seeding on private trackers. If you want to permanently seed content unrelated to anime on public trackers, upgrade to a dedicated plan.

  9. Can I pay if I don't have a PayPal account?
  10. You can pay with a credit/debit card via PayPal.

  11. Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
  12. You can also pay with Bitcoin or Ethereum.

  13. Can I upgrade to a plan with a bigger HDD?
  14. Yes, this is possible and can be discussed by email.

  15. My seedbox seems to be down. It's saying something about no connection to rtorrent.
  16. Very occasionally, ruTorrent does crash, but not to worry. First try to reboot via your control panel. If still down, just drop us an email and it'll get fixed.

  17. Are traffic on the seedboxes logged at all? I am worried about privacy and anonymity.
  18. We do not log any activity from the seedboxes, so there are no records of whatever you download/upload.

  19. Can I use the seedbox storage space for file storage, like DropBox/iCloud?
  20. Yes you can, as long as you stay within your HDD quota.

  21. Will I be reminded about renewing my subscription?
  22. Yes, you will receive automated emails when you have less than 1 week left of your subscription.

  23. What happens if I forget to renew my subscription?
  24. You will receive emails reminding you that your subscription has expired. If you do not respond, your seedbox will usually be removed five (5) days after expiry. For your convenience, monthly automated payment plans are available, so you don't have to worry about remembering to renew.

  25. Money is a bit tight this month, but I will be able to pay a few days after the expiry date, is this OK?
  26. Generally, yes. If you're struggling to pay on time, let us know and we can be flexible.

  27. Filezilla doesn't work when files have non-alphanumeric filenames (e.g. Japanese characters).
  28. Filezilla seems to be unable to detect UTF8, which can be fixed by doing the following: Site manager -> Charset -> Force UTF-8.

  29. Can I host an IRC XDCC bot?
  30. Yes, this is possible. Drop us an email, and we will sort it out for you.

  31. Can I have multiple free trials?
  32. No, only 1 trial per person.

  33. Is the traffic really unlimited?
  34. For all intents and purposes, yes. If you regularly exceed 50 TB of traffic a month (an average sustained speed of 150 Mbps), we may ask you to move to a dedicated plan.
