You may send sdbx.moe notices of alleged infringement. Please make sure that the information sent are structured as suggested by the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

The DMCA provides a legal procedure by which you can request us to remove content infringing your intellectual property rights. A proper DMCA notice will notify sdbx.moe of particular facts in a document signed under penalty of perjury. To file a notice of infringement with sdbx.moe, you must provide a written communication that contains the information specified in the list below.

This includes both the costs to the other party and legal fees. Recently a company was ordered to pay $100,000 for trying to remove online materials that were protected by fair use, so please take this warning seriously. sdbx.moe would like to inform you that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing your copyright(s). Therefore, if you are not sure whether you are the proper copyright holder or if copyright laws protect your material, you may need to consult a lawyer.

If you wish to file a DMCA request, you must send the following:

• Identify with sufficient detail the copyright work that you believe has been infringed;
• Identify the allegedly infringing material, and information reasonably sufficient to permit sdbx.moe to locate the material;
• Provide us with information reasonably sufficient to permit sdbx.moe to contact the complaining party, at minimum an address, telephone number, and an email address;
• Add the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.";
• Add the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed";
• Sign the document and print your name under that; and
